For over 30 years we’ve appraised thousands properties, both big and small. We have completed countless assignments for SBA loans and have the necessary expertise to handle SBA going concern appraisals. Although even the smallest assignment is worthy of our full attention and skill, we’re particularly proud that we’ve been entrusted with appraising some rather unique and iconic properties. The Capitol Records Building is perhaps the most famous of the many Hollywood assignments we’ve performed.
When the Academy of Television of Arts and Sciences (think TV Emmy awards) was building their new headquarters in North Hollywood, Herron Companies performed appraisal work for their funding effort. The proposed One Broadway Plaza will be by far the tallest building in Orange County and Herron Companies participated in valuation efforts during pre-development stages. These are just a few of the major commercial properties we’ve had the honor to appraise over the years.
